Construct a double-sided reflection that preserves autonomy and support in the same response.

A high performer says, I want more ownership, but every time I get it I end up alone with the messy parts. Both sides must remain recognizable The common shortcut is to reassure one side: I trust you. That misses the support concern and makes autonomy feel like abandonment.
