Rewrite a blaming response into a reflective listening response using a repeatable sequence.
A teammate says, You ignored my launch risk again. Your defensive draft is, I did not ignore it; you buried it in a long doc. Event -> impact -> tentative meaning -> open question The defensive draft debates whether you ignored the risk before it reflects what the missed risk cost the teammate.
