Catch the Live Trigger
Use reflection-in-action to notice a live cue and make a small adjustment in the conversation.
The cue Caleb says fine, looks down, and stops talking. A cue ignored becomes missing data. A cue overplayed becomes pressure. Reflection-in-action Notice -> hypothesize -> small move The live adjustment should create more information while preserving the other person's choice. Micro-pause Name the cue lightly, invite response. More accurate live information. A micro-pause should be smaller than your certainty.
