Commit to one behavior experiment based on feedback and a short reflective follow-up.
Create a three-day feedback experiment. Use a real piece of feedback about your reflective practice: defensiveness, rushing, over-explaining, avoiding debriefs, or missing repeated patterns. If [feedback-relevant moment] happens, then I will [small visible behavior] so I can learn whether [expected effect]. Afterward I will write what happened, what it meant, and what I will adjust.
