Apply FMEA thinking to identify and prioritize webhook delivery failure controls.
Invoice webhooks must reach partners within five minutes. Recent incidents include missed sends, duplicates, and signature failures. Use FMEA to choose controls. Failure mode -> effect -> existing control -> missing control -> priority. The common trap is saying "add retries" for every webhook problem.
