Respond to a quick-call request by clarifying the blocker and offering the right async or live path.
A teammate asks for a quick call when the topic might be handled async. Can we just hop on a call? Happy to move fast. What do we need the call to unlock: a decision, missing context, or a real tradeoff? If it is approval, post the recommendation and deadline here. If it is a tradeoff or tension, let's do 15 minutes and capture the decision in the doc. It validates speed, diagnoses the blocker, and offers both paths.
