Use FMEA language to explain why battery commissioning still needs prioritized failure-mode review.
The commissioning checklist is green. Why are we still talking about battery risk? A sponsor wants to energize the BESS and sees risk review as schedule drag. The green checklist tells us tasks were completed. FMEA tells us which completed tasks could still fail in use and hurt safety, resilience, or value. I am asking for a targeted review of the top three severe or hard-to-detect failure modes before energization, not a restart of commissioning.
