Reset a Crowded Cover
Explain why a formal cover should be complete for the menu but not over-set.
A pescatarian cover was copied from the standard tasting-menu setup. Reveal the cleaner reset. Before: copied from the standard menu, including tools this guest will not use. After: the cover matches the guest's actual sequence. Unused steak and cheese tools were removed because every preset item should serve a known course. The remaining utensils keep the outside-in path readable, so the guest can follow the sequence without a prompt.
