Trace The Money Path First

Map a revenue stream into control points before investigating leakage.

The reframe: leakage is usually a path failure before it is a transaction failure. Control objective Name the business result the control protects: complete billable usage, accurate rate, authorized credit, timely invoice, or valid revenue recognition. Without the objective, teams debate symptoms.
