Transform a feature-first PRD opening into a problem-context-solution opening with success and scope.
A PRD opening says only: "We will build Team Templates so admins can save common configurations." Problem -> Context -> Solution -> Success -> Scope The common trap is polishing the feature sentence instead of asking what user job is failing. A better phrase like "configurable Team Templates" still leaves reviewers guessing whether the PRD is solving setup speed, compliance consistency, customer onboarding, or internal admin convenience.
