Apply RACI to assign proposal responsibilities without diffused ownership.
RACI prevents proposal collaboration from becoming shared non-ownership. RFP responses need many voices: capture, sales, delivery, product, legal, finance, security, and executive reviewers. The risk is that every section becomes group work with no decision rights. RACI solves that by separating contribution from ownership. Responsible Responsible is the person doing the drafting, evidence gathering, or matrix build. This person moves the work daily and raises blockers early.
