Tie Terminal Risks to Objectives

Frame port risks as effects of uncertainty on operational objectives.

The reframe: A risk register should tell the terminal what to do next. Start with the objective Name the operational result at stake: safe lifting, berth departure, truck turn time, customs compliance, reefer integrity, asset availability, or cost containment. Describe the uncertainty A useful risk statement connects a source, event, and consequence. 'Bad weather' is a topic.
