Start With Outcomes, Then Choose Work
Rewrite a feature-led roadmap item as an outcome-led roadmap item with success evidence.
The reframe: features are bets; outcomes are the reason to place them. A feature-led roadmap answers 'What will we build?' too early. An outcome-led roadmap answers 'What must change?' first. That one shift changes the quality of every roadmap conversation because it gives stakeholders a shared standard for tradeoffs. The mechanism Outcomes connect strategy to evidence.
