Run a harvest data after-action review that converts field observations into next-season improvements.
A harvest data AAR is a short review that protects next season from half-understood maps. Ask four questions: What was supposed to happen? What actually happened? Why were there differences? What should we sustain or improve? Bring the people who saw different parts of the system: grower, operator, agronomist, and data lead. The yield layer alone cannot explain whether the issue was agronomic, operational, mechanical, or analytical. The strongest AAR separates decisions. Some findings become agronomic actions, such as drainage investigation or hybrid-zone changes. Some become data-process actions, such as calibration checks, boundary cleanup, or monitor setup.
