Run the Morning Plant Care Loop with PDSA
Use PDSA to tighten a daily plant-care routine without overcorrecting from one bad morning.
Principle: Treat plant care as a learning loop, not a blame loop. Plan the belief Name the smallest operational belief you can test. "The shade perennials need another watering" is too broad. "The back row on bay 6 is missed during the 2 p.m. hose pass" is testable. Do the smallest change Run the change where the evidence points. One bench, one shift, one measurement window.
