Rewrite an overbroad SaaS role into least-privilege permissions tied to tasks.
Project leads need to create templates, but the app grants that ability through a broad admin role. Decompose the job into task permissions and separate sensitive functions. The shortcut is to keep admin because it prevents support tickets, but it also gives many people billing, guest, deletion, and security powers they do not need.
