4R What are the four immediate moves? They asked me not to tell anyone. Your line I cannot keep this secret, but I will only share it with people whose job is to help keep you safe. Promising secrecy to preserve trust. It is honest, containing, and aligned with safeguarding duty. Support versus investigation Support belongs to the first responder; investigation belongs to the authorized process. What belongs in the first record? Exact words, observable behavior, date/time/place, who was present, immediate action. Do not tidy the wording or add diagnoses.
