A fuzzy score is not a sanctions conclusion. Screening systems use fuzzy logic because names are messy. Spelling variants, aliases, abbreviations, and transliteration all create uncertainty. The score helps surface candidates, but the decision comes from identifiers and context. Strong review compares more than the name.
