Redesign the Weekly Ritual Stack
Redesign a team's weekly rituals around purpose, output, and ownership.
The team has too many recurring meetings and too few clear adaptations coming out of them. Keep rituals that create transparency, inspection, and adaptation; remove meetings that only duplicate status. The common trap is canceling meetings by annoyance level instead of redesigning the cadence around the work's learning loops.
