Commit to a 12-minute AAR after the next school event

Run a short after-action review after a real school event, drill, testing day, or operational pilot. Use this for an upcoming lockdown or fire drill, standardized testing block, family night, field trip departure, new dismissal routine, or attendance intervention rollout. After the event, I will keep the needed adults for 12 minutes and ask: What was supposed to happen? What actually happened? Why was there a difference? What will we sustain or improve?
