Build a Scorecard From Interview Notes

Convert interview notes into criterion-level evidence, risk, and follow-up questions.

The interview notes contain impressions but not enough structured evidence to advise the client. Criterion -> evidence -> inference -> risk -> follow-up The common trap is to score the candidate from the feeling of the conversation rather than the evidence against each criterion. Criterion Choose the scorecard item the note belongs to. A note without a criterion cannot be compared across candidates. Evidence Write the candidate statement, example, or observed behavior.
