Sort each Scrum Master behavior by the stance it teaches the team. Servant-leader coach Process police Team proxy Ask Developers what plan change protects the Sprint Goal today. Quote the Scrum Guide to shut down a stakeholder question. Assign story owners because the team is taking too long. Make an impediment visible and ask who can act on each part. Reject a Product Owner request by saying "Scrum does not allow it." Answer all dependency questions on behalf of the Developers.
