Write a Useful Sprint Goal
Transform a ticket-list sprint goal into a user-centered outcome goal.
Weak draft: "Finish checkout stories, receipt styling, and payment retry." Outcome + user + tradeoff boundary Common trap: listing tickets feels clear, but it gives no guidance when one ticket must move. Step 1 Name the user and valuable outcome: "Shoppers can complete checkout even when payment confirmation is delayed." This creates value language that stakeholders and Developers can reason about.
