Separate Facts, Impact, and Story

Convert a grievance narrative into observable facts, impact, interpretation, and requested remedy.

The reframe: do not file labels when you can file testable claims. Situation and behavior anchor the process SBI starts with when and where. That stops the issue from floating as a personality judgment. Behavior means what was said or done, not what you infer it proves.
