Build a 10 Percent Canary Route
Create a small weighted canary route with subset validation and rollback criteria.
Move checkout-api from v1 to v2 for 10 percent of traffic without losing the ability to recover in one commit. Traffic shifting loop: prove subsets, shift weight, watch the gate, keep rollback ready. The common shortcut is to change weights first and discover later that the subset selector, metrics, or rollback line was not ready. Before VirtualService sends 100 percent to checkout-api v1.
