Read The Room Before You Draw

Choose a sketchnote capture strategy that filters a live meeting into decisions, tensions, and next moves.

Maya has twelve minutes to capture a decision review. The room needs tradeoffs, not a transcript. What should Maya draw first so the sketchnote can carry the decision? Create three broad lanes for the competing tradeoffs, then add only the evidence that changes the decision. Strong. The lanes create hierarchy and containers before details arrive.
