Make the Property Packet Standard Work
Define the minimum property-packet standard that keeps service consistent across crews.
Principle: Standard work is the best known way today, not a permanent script. First-open priority Crews need to know what access matters first: emergency entrance, tenant drive, loading dock, employee walk, or retail front door. Snow placement Stacking decisions create later problems. Mark drainage, sightlines, hydrants, doors, landscape beds, and customer no-stack zones. Hidden hazards Photos and pins beat memory. Curbs, wheel stops, islands, chains, drains, and speed bumps should be visible before accumulation hides them. Definition of done A clear finished-state photo prevents the customer, dispatcher, and operator from carrying three different standards.
