Before/After: Door Courtesy

Use a non-accusatory physical-access line that prevents tailgating.

Same door, same polite pressure. What changes in the safe version? Before: the employee credential becomes shared access. After: the visitor is redirected for host verification. The employee stops investigating the story and protects the control: no one enters on another person's badge. The response stays courteous: reception or the host can verify identity, so the employee does not need to accuse the visitor.
