When you hear that one group could not use a message, resist the reflex to treat it as an exception request. Ask what the mismatch reveals. Was the language too idiomatic? Was the channel audio-only? Was the deadline buried? A focused fix for that mismatch can become a better default for everyone who encounters the same barrier in a different form.
