A PDSA test is small on purpose. Aim Write the improvement target in plain language. Example: reduce overdue annual reviews from 42 to 25 by the end of the month without reducing high-priority therapy minutes. Measure Choose one outcome measure and one balancing measure. Outcome might be completed calls. Balancing might be missed therapy minutes or clinician overtime. Change Select one change small enough to try this week.
