Use Statement Analysis as a Question Engine

Statement analysis should make you curious, not certain. Look for missing sequence, vague agency, unsupported certainty, absent source, and missing complications. Then convert each observation into a neutral prompt. The prompt should invite detail without supplying the answer. Use this conversion: Missing time becomes: "Walk me through that period step by step." Vague agency becomes: "Who made that decision and who saw it happen?"
