Recall the core questions that test Sprint Goal clarity, capacity realism, and story-point discipline.

What is the first planning question before selecting stories? Why is this sprint valuable? Start with the outcome that will make the sprint worth doing. Sprint Goal recall Which final-add story belongs in the commitment? Choose goal fit over numerical fit. Tradeoff check We still have points left, so we should add one more easy story. Your line Only if it strengthens the Sprint Goal. Spare points are not a reason to weaken the commitment with unrelated work.
