Use SPIN question order to move from product features to customer-owned value during an instrument demo.
SPIN makes the customer the author of value. Situation Use only enough context to aim the conversation. Too many Situation questions feel like a form. Problem Find the friction. For players, friction often sounds like fatigue, uncertainty, inconsistency, volume limits, setup hassle, or fear that the instrument will fail in public. Implication Connect the friction to a real consequence. 'So you avoid soft entrances' is stronger than 'So it is annoying.' Implication makes the problem worth solving.
