Convert a messy discussion thread into a BLUF update that names progress, barrier, and next step.
A noisy incident thread needs to become a leadership-ready update. Before: many replies, no decision path. After: BLUF, barrier, next verification. The after version starts with the customer communication decision, not the fact that a discussion happened. It preserves the real tension: patch ready, customer symptoms not fully cleared. It ends with a timed verification trigger, so the next update is already defined.
