Make the Audience the Hero

Reframe a business narrative around the audience's problem, stakes, and next move.

Your work is not the hero. The listener's decision is. Hero A business story starts by naming who needs to act. That might be the CFO approving spend, the sales manager reallocating reps, or the product lead choosing a roadmap tradeoff. When the hero is specific, every detail has a job. Problem The problem is the pressure that makes the story worth hearing now.
