Design a data reveal that creates a clear turning point in the business narrative.
A turning-point chart says: now the decision is different. Establish Start with the audience's current belief. They may think the problem is broad, the customer is confused, or the initiative is working evenly. Reveal Show the specific data cut that changes the belief. Highlight only the mark that matters: a segment, date, threshold, or comparison. Redirect Say what action is now justified. The reveal should narrow the decision, not simply decorate the update.
