Build a Story From Trust, Feeling, and Proof
Use Aristotle's rhetorical appeals to diagnose and strengthen a leadership story.
Trust, feeling, and proof do different jobs. Do not ask one to carry all three. Aristotle's appeals are useful because they expose why a story lands or stalls. Ethos earns belief in the messenger. Pathos earns care about the consequence. Logos earns confidence in the conclusion. Diagnose the Missing Appeal If people say, "Interesting, but is it real?" you likely need logos.
