Create a Kraljic map from category impact and supply risk evidence.
Map four categories: office supplies, security guarding, firmware module, and specialty packaging. Decide the sourcing posture for each. Kraljic mapping = business impact on one axis and supply risk on the other, followed by a posture choice for each quadrant. The common trap is treating spend as the impact axis.
