Use a repeatable weekly status template to make updates reviewable and comparable.
Use one shared status frame A strong status is not longer; it is more scannable. Include these fields every time: Progress, Next Steps, Blockers, Confidence. Readers can then find what they need at a glance: status, action, dependency, and risk. That is the minimum shared vocabulary for asynchronous teams.
