Build a Breach Warning Rule
Design an SLA warning rule that creates action before a miss.
Support has a four-hour P2 response SLA. Breaches usually appear at 3 hours 58 minutes, when nobody can still save the promise. Turn the promise into a visible queue behavior before breach time. Teams often define the target but forget the warning, fallback, and customer language that make the target operational.
