Commit to a Two-Day Loop Map

Commit to applying causal-loop, stock-flow, and leverage-point thinking to a real workplace issue within three days.

Create a one-page loop map for a recurring workplace system issue and use it to ask one leverage-point question. A recurring systems-thinking practice situation: backlog, churn, rework, handoff failure, capacity drain, or metric gaming. I will map [recurring issue] by naming the stock [accumulated condition], the inflow [what raises it], the outflow [what drains it], and one feedback loop [A changes B, which returns to change A]. Then I will ask [stakeholder] this leverage question: are we changing a parameter, information flow, rule, goal, or mindset?
