Answer-first structure is a courtesy to the audience. It lets the reader evaluate your thinking without first reconstructing it. The teach Minto's pyramid starts with one governing thought. Under it sit a small number of reasons that are logically parallel. Under each reason sit the data, examples, and caveats.
