Convert a messy task inbox into clarified next actions using GTD.
Your list is not the work; it is raw material. A clarified task has a verb, an object, and a context. "Website launch" is not a next action because it hides many decisions. "Ask Priya for final launch copy by 3 PM" is actionable because the first move is obvious. GTD works because it reduces hidden choice at the moment of doing.
