Improve the System After the Task Finishes
Use PDCA to turn repeated task misses into a process improvement.
Do not just finish the task; improve how the task gets finished next time. PDCA is useful for recurring work because the task will return. Plan the smallest process change that could improve flow. Do it for one cycle. Check actual evidence, not vibes. Act by standardizing the change, revising it, or discarding it. The loop turns task management into system management.
