Storming Is Data, Not Drama
Respond to storming-stage conflict by extracting the underlying work signal without blaming the people raising it.
Conflict is expensive only when the team learns the wrong lesson from it. The useful question is not "Who made this tense?" It is "What work signal is trying to get through?" The storming translation Translate labels into tensions. "They are being negative" may mean risk is being raised without a decision path.
