The Margin Is the Business Model
Use the Business Model Canvas to check whether a dropshipping idea has a coherent value, channel, partner, and cost model.
A dropshipping product is not a business model. A product becomes a business only when the customer, promise, channel, supplier, support load, and cost structure fit together. The lens The canvas forces you to see whether the paid channel, supplier behavior, customer segment, revenue model, and support system reinforce each other. The mechanism It makes contradictions visible before cash hides them. A high markup can still fail if delivery speed, refund risk, and acquisition cost do not fit the promise. The move Map the model first, then choose the assumption to validate. The weakest block becomes the next test.
