Decide how to keep a QBR focused on business outcomes when internal teams want a demo-first agenda.
The strongest move protects the QBR’s strategic function while still allowing product evidence when it advances the customer’s business plan. A product-first agenda is weaker because it spends executive attention on your update rather than their priorities. Banning product entirely is weaker because relevant product change can support adoption or expansion.
