Use arrival rate, service time, and queue size to choose the right food-stand labor adjustment.
The taco stand has 64 visible guests, 18 paid mobile orders waiting, and one borrowed employee available for 30 minutes. The wrong placement could add motion without improving throughput. Little's Law bottleneck fit: arrivals, service time, and work-in-process reveal where labor changes flow. The common shortcut is to place the borrowed employee at the longest visible line.
