Find the Few Bottlenecks That Eat the Shift
Use a Pareto chart mindset to identify which donation problems deserve management attention first.
The reframe: a bottleneck is measured, not guessed. Busy managers often fix what is visible, recent, or irritating. Pareto thinking slows that reflex just enough to ask: which category creates the largest share of delay, cost, or rework?
