Build the Shelf Message Like an AIDA Sequence

Use AIDA to prioritize copy and visual hierarchy for point-of-sale material.

Shelf copy needs a sequence, not a pile of claims. Attention stops the shopper The first job is interruption. A headline, visual block, or strong price device must be noticeable from normal aisle distance. Interest and desire earn the choice Interest says why this matters to the shopper now. Desire gives the reason to prefer your product over the alternatives beside it. Action removes friction The shopper should know the move: buy now, try the bundle, scan for a recipe, pick the size, or add the adjacent product.
